Returns and Refunds

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All of our products are individually packed for each customer's use. If you have placed an order and have changed your mind, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns. Our warehouse aims to deliver exceptional and timely deliveries and we are not able to stop them from shipping the order in time.  

Warranty

We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days from your receipt of product, on the terms and conditions and with the exceptions described herein. We will replace, in our discretion, any item or attachment we confirm to be defective. This limited warranty does not apply in the event of failure to follow the user manual or damage beyond normal wear and tear, including any damage caused by failure to maintain and any attempt to repair the product.
