Move more freely after just 7 minutes a day for 3 weeks.
Ankle Flex is built to last and meticulously designed to offer a comfortable and effective way to improve ankle dorsiflexion range of motion. Ankle Flex is simple to use—stand on the foot plate, secure the ankle strap and calf cuff and you are ready to start improving your ankle mobility and achieve a deep stretch.
Ankle Flex comes with a pair of custom 10 degree mobility wedges to help enhance the depth of stretching and mobilization while using the device. These wedges are also featured in our supportive exercise video showing you how to use them for calf and hamstring stretching and increasing squat depth by accommodating lacking dorsiflexion.
Your Ankle Flex purchase also comes with our custom outboard foam, which keeps your feet and hips level while you are using Ankle Flex.
Restore ankle function following injury or following wearing an ankle boot. Ankle range of motion loss can stay hidden (and neglected) because the body compensates for it elsewhere, which might look like developing hammer toes, overpronation going downhill, hip hiking or early heel lift on stairs.
We recommend using Ankle Flex under the guidance of your Physician or Physical Therapist. Not for use by children. Please keep out of reach of children. Carefully follow all instructions for use. Failure to follow instructions may result in injury.

Show your ankles some love.
Our study at Montana State University proves Ankle Flex works. Better range of motion while walking straight, deeper squat depth, improved symmetry between sides of the body and increased toe clearance — possibly reducing future fall risk.

-
Weight-bearing is key.
By mimicking the manual therapy technique used by PTs, Ankle Flex weight-bearing mobilization with movement treatment solves the problem of ineffective home treatment options.
-
Mobility matters.
When you purchase Ankle Flex, you get a downloadable video tutorial explaining how to effectively use this tool, as well as companion exercises that aim to build foot stability, proprioception and ankle mobility—helping you to move freely from the ground up.
-
Mechanical advantage.
The ankle joint needs two directions of force in opposite directions to restore normal dorsiflexion following injury—only Ankle Flex patented technology achieves this in one simple tool.
-
One Size Fits All.
Quick release, adjustable straps and ease of use makes Ankle Flex accessible to most people.
-
Train capacity.
First restore ankle mobility, then strengthen. Ankle Flex companion exercises help to strengthen fascia and natural proprioception capacity to get your spring and power back.
-
Deep stretch.
The pulley system stretches the calf, plantar fascia, intrinsic muscles and combats the negative impact of a narrow toe box and high heeled shoes. Good range of motion in the ankle gives us more elastic potential in the Achilles tendon, which is helpful when running and jumping.

Who Should Not Use Ankle Flex
If you believe that you have an injury such as a sprain, bruising, broken or fractured bones, or acute injury to muscles, tendons, ligaments or nerves, or you have had an ankle joint fusion or replacement, do not use Ankle Flex, as it is not designed or intended to treat those injuries or conditions.
