These mobility wedges are exact replacements for the pair that comes with your original Ankle Flex purchase. When you advance from dorsiflexion range of motion with your foot flat, simply slide a mobility wedge under the ball of your foot and add degrees to your dorsiflexion stretch. These wedges are also featured in our supportive exercise video showing you how to use them for calf and hamstring stretching and increasing squat depth by accommodating lacking dorsiflexion.
